The Courtyard San Diego is one of the best, or scratch that.Welcome to TownePlace Suites San Diego Airport/Liberty Station Stay as long as you like near the San Diego airport including overnight parking which is $20 dollars less than other hotels. Yes, there are other hotels in the area, but this price point for a great room and great stay is above and beyond the best deal around. I attribute this to the way the staff make guests feel, everyone is important and valued and they go out of their way to make sure your experience is fantastic! We come back to this hotel over and over, because to us its the best kept secret in San Diego. Again, I can't say enough how the staff here make you feel welcome and treat you very special! Now, the room itself was spotless and the mattress and bedding is luxurious and so comfy! Best sleep ever! There is an amazing Starbucks on site, and for those who sleep past 10am one is located very close to the hotel! Every guest you meet during your stay here is just friendly and happy! Pleasant interactions at the poolside and jacuzzi. I settled for the House Cab which was delicious and she opened up a new bottle and gave me a generous pour. ![]() Daniel, in particular, went out of his way to see that our room was ready and wow! what a spectacular room with the best view ever! Daniel gave my grandson a surprise birthday goodie bag filled generously with treats and even added two bottled waters (yes grandma got a water too! lol) Seriously all the staff care that you have the best experience here, even the bartender, she gave me a taste test of two different cabs when I stopped by the cute quaint bar to have one glass of wine after our long day at Sea World. Liz, at the front desk booked us and she was just amazing! and Daniel was the one who greeted us the day we checked in. This particular hotel has the friendliest staff. The location is perfect and the surrounding water view is spectacular. This Marriott is the best in San Diego ,we come here to celebrate birthdays, or just a great staycation. Trust me, you'll leave with a full belly and a heart filled with joy. Embrace the unexpected, indulge in the delicious breakfast options, and let the laughter flow like syrup on a stack of pancakes. Who needs a buffet when you have a buffet of laughter and camaraderie? So, my fellow breakfast aficionados, fear not the absence of a buffet at the Courtyard by Marriott San Diego Airport/Liberty Station. We were all sitting there, sharing stories, and laughing at the absurdity of the situation. It was like a breakfast bonding experience. As I was enjoying my scrumptious breakfast, I couldn't help but notice that the lack of a buffet actually brought people together. It was like a symphony of flavors dancing on my taste buds. And let me tell you, the taste was out of this world. Whether you're a fan of fluffy pancakes, crispy bacon, or a classic eggs benedict, they had it all. They had a delightful breakfast menu with a variety of options to choose from. "But what about the food?" Well, my friends, even without the buffet, the Courtyard by Marriott San Diego Airport/Liberty Station did not disappoint in the culinary department. It's like they turned a potential disappointment into a comedic masterpiece. Who needs a buffet when you can have a breakfast treasure hunt?" I couldn't help but chuckle at their clever response. I asked one of them about the lack of a buffet, and they responded with a twinkle in their eye, "Oh, we like to keep things exciting here. ![]() And let me tell you, these folks were quick-witted. ![]() I half expected a drum roll and a laugh track every time they cracked a joke. They had me in stitches from the moment I walked through the door. The staff at this place were like stand-up comedians in disguise. But fear not, my fellow breakfast enthusiasts, because even without the buffet, this hotel managed to keep my belly and my funny bone satisfied. But alas, at the Courtyard by Marriott San Diego Airport/Liberty Station, my breakfast dreams were dashed. I want to conquer that omelette station, wage war on the bacon tray, and indulge in the syrupy sweetness of a pancake parade. But when it comes to breakfast, I like my options laid out before me like a buffet battlefield. No buffet! Can you believe it? Now, don't get me wrong, I'm all for a little adventure in life. Now, picture this: I waltz into the hotel, expecting to be greeted by a glorious buffet spread like a knight in shining armor. Alright folks, buckle up because I have a hilarious tale to tell you about my stay at the Courtyard by Marriott San Diego Airport/Liberty Station.
